1. If I'm in Mainland China and need acceleration within the region, how do I redeem the free plan?
You can visit Tencent Cloud China site to redeem your free plan. After registering and logging into your China site account, you can click "Redeem Plan" in the "Billing Management" > "Plan Management" section of the EdgeOne console to redeem.
2. Where can I check the details of the Free Plan?
After successful redemption, you can check your free plan in the EdgeOne Console under: "Billing Management" > "Plan Management".
3. What if my redemption code expires?
During the event, you can re-obtain a new redemption code by completing tasks or participating in the giveaway.
4. What are the rules?
Event period:
Method 1 runs from now until July 25, 2025, 11:59:59 PM (UTC+8). Method 2 & Method 3 will continue beyond July 15. We are currently in limited beta.
Who can participate:
To join, you should first register for a Tencent EdgeOne account.
Co-authors and sub-accounts are not eligible to participate.
How to redeem:
Each redemption code can only be used once per registered account.
Each account can redeem only one code; codes cannot be combined.
Codes expire 7 days after issuance and cannot be redeemed after expiration.
Please note:
Redemption codes are strictly prohibited from private trading, transfer, or resale. If violated, we reserve the right to revoke the code's validity and pursue legal liability.
Users are responsible for any loss of benefits due to mistakes like sharing their code or missing the redemption deadline.
Tencent EdgeOne reserves the right to update the event rules and product details. The final terms will be those published on the event page.
5. Can the redemption code be used on both the Tencent Cloud China site and the international site?
Yes, the redemption code can be used on both the China site and the international site, but each code can be used only once.
