EdgeOne Service Dashboard Upgrade

To provide users with a more convenient experience, Tencent Cloud EdgeOne has completely upgraded the Service Dashboard page. The new version not only allows users to select the appropriate access method based on their business scenarios but also enables quick switching to view all currently added website acceleration resources and Pages projects, making operations in the EdgeOne console smoother and simpler.

New Scene-Specific Access Methods

To simplify the initial steps of the access process, EdgeOne offers scene-specific access methods to help users quickly select the scenario that best fits their business needs during first connection to EdgeOne. Currently, two entry options are available: Website Security Acceleration and Pages.

Website Security Acceleration: If you want to improve the access speed of your website or app, reduce latency, ensure stable operation for end users, effectively defend against various network attacks, and guarantee business continuity and data security, this entry option is recommended.

Pages: If you want to quickly deploy static and dynamic websites without relying on traditional servers, achieve lightweight dynamic services, automatically publish updates, and rapidly experience services such as DeepSeek templates and MCP Server, this entry option is recommended.

Brand New Service Overview Interface

The Service Dashboard interface is designed to help users quickly grasp the overall business status and conveniently manage domain resources, Pages resources, and other assets. The interface includes two options: Website Security Acceleration and Pages, allowing easy switching to view all currently added website acceleration resources and Pages projects.

Website Security Acceleration

To view all currently added website acceleration resources, simply switch to the Website Security Acceleration tab in the Service Dashboard.

Site Data Overview

In the Site Data Overview section, you can view key metrics and trend charts for all sites, and click on data indicators for more detailed analysis.

Quick Site Configuration Entry

Below the Site Data Overview, the site list provides three commonly used quick access points—Domain Management, Site Acceleration, and Security Protection—allowing direct entry to configuration pages and further simplifying user workflows.

Domain Management – Adding Domains

On the Domain Management page, you can easily add new domains through a streamlined and intuitive process, enabling more efficient access configuration. You can also quickly select recommended configuration templates tailored to your business to enhance acceleration performance after domain onboarding.

Additionally, EdgeOne supports configuring the origin HOST header when adding new domains. This is applicable for origin servers hosting multiple external services, allowing you to specify the particular business to access via the origin HOST header—for example, scenarios such as portal websites or personal blogs.

Pages

To create new projects or manage all existing Pages projects, simply switch to the Pages list in the Service Dashboard.
